Movie Synopsis: Mel Brooks directs and co-stars in this spaced-out parody of Star Wars. The heroes battle the forces of evil out to take the air supply of the planet Druidia. Instead of the power of the force, the heroes have the power of the Schwartz. There are plenty of sight gags and satirical references to the Star Wars series. The best performances of the film are provides by John Candy in his character Barf, and Rick Moranis as Dark Helmet. -- Dan Pavlides
Personal View: This movie speaks for itself. If you haven't seen it, GO SEE IT. We all know Mel Brooks and this is his crowning acheivement. Pay him the respect he deserves.
